Information we collect
The investor enquiry form may collect your name, email address, WhatsApp number, intended investment tier, capital timing and how you heard about the opportunity. The villa registration form may collect your name, email address, country code, WhatsApp number, villa type of interest, purchase timeframe and referral source.
How we use it
Investor enquiry information is used to respond to investor access requests and continue the diligence process. Villa registration information is kept on a separate villa list and is used to send relevant villa release updates, plans and pricing, and to respond to villa enquiries.
Separate audiences
Investor enquiries and villa registrations are handled as separate contact lists and are not combined for their primary communications.
Consent and unsubscribing
Villa registrants can unsubscribe from villa updates using the unsubscribe link included in the confirmation email and subsequent villa emails. You can also contact sales@hoteltucasa.com if you want us to stop villa communications.
Investor verification
Access to the investor data room requires additional verification after initial contact, including a signed NDA, photo identification and either a wholesale investor certificate from a qualified accountant or bank-issued proof of funds. Those documents are not requested through the public investor enquiry form.
