01 — The project
Tu Casa is planned as an integrated destination rather than a rooms-only hotel.
The current programme comprises 69 hotel keys, 100 leasehold residences, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, a wellness centre, rooftop bar and co-working. The planned mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences plus penthouses. Hotel zoning was approved in 2025. Opening is targeted for March 2028, subject to the project programme.
