Hotel Tu Casa is designed as more than a hotel with residences attached. The current programme brings together 69 hotel keys, 100 leasehold residences, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, a wellness centre, rooftop bar and co-working.
The mix is intended to create activity across the day. Guests, residents and visitors can move between the beach, dining, wellness and work spaces while the hotel team coordinates the broader operating environment.
For residence owners, the home sits within the operating life of the resort rather than beside it. The formal documents will explain access, services, owner-use arrangements, management responsibilities and any rental options.
The planned residences include one-, two- and three-bedroom configurations plus penthouses. Each type will be presented through plans and release information so buyers can compare layouts and positions.
The Residence Waitlist is the route for buyers who want priority information. Plans and prices are scheduled for waitlist members on 22 December 2026, ahead of contract exchange on 22 January 2027.
