Lutolli Architects is responsible for the architectural language across Hotel Tu Casa. The current set brings the hotel, villas and shared hospitality spaces together as one estate.
That matters because the project is intended to operate as an integrated destination: hotel rooms and villas sit alongside food and beverage, an oceanfront beach club, wellness, a rooftop bar and co-working.
Renders and plans remain indicative and will continue to develop through the approvals and construction-documentation process.
