Hotel Tu Casa is planning 100 leasehold residences alongside the hotel. The collection includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences plus penthouses, all within the wider beachfront estate.
A leasehold interest gives the buyer contractual rights for an agreed term rather than freehold ownership of the underlying land. The exact term, renewal provisions, permitted use, transfer process and other rights must be read in the definitive documents.
The residence plans, prices and purchase documents will be released through the formal sales process. Waitlist members receive the first information on 22 December 2026, ahead of contract exchange on 22 January 2027.
Buyers should assess more than the design of an individual residence. The operating structure, service charges, owner-use arrangements, rental terms and relationship with the hotel will also matter and should be reviewed as a complete package.
Indonesian property, ownership and tax rules are specialist matters. Every buyer should obtain independent Indonesian legal, tax and financial advice before signing a contract or transferring funds.
