The Hotel Tu Casa Residence Waitlist is now open for people interested in the planned collection of 100 leasehold residences at Pererenan.
The mix includes one-, two- and three-bedroom residences plus penthouses. Registering records a buyer’s preferred residence size and ensures they receive the relevant plans and project information as the release approaches.
Waitlist members will receive priority purchase options and weekly updates. Register before 22 December 2026 to receive the first plans and prices on that date.
Residence contracts are scheduled to exchange on 22 January 2027. The formal purchase process, eligibility requirements and definitive documents will apply before any contract is entered into.
