Pererenan is part of Bali’s southwest coast, close to Canggu but with a quieter, more residential character. For Hotel Tu Casa, that balance matters: guests can be close to the energy of the wider area without the property needing to become a copy of it.
The project is planned as one integrated beachfront destination, with hotel rooms, leasehold villas, four restaurants, a beach club, wellness, a rooftop bar and co-working. The idea is to create a place that works across the day rather than a rooms-only hotel.
For future villa owners, the location is part of the proposition, but the waitlist remains a register of interest only. No villa contract is offered until the land is secured.
