Hotel Tu Casa Pererenan is the flagship project in the Bali Hotel Group pipeline. Marakai at Pandawa and Don Sueño at Melasti are separate future projects.
The current Tu Casa round is for Tu Casa. No part of that round is presented as funding the other projects.
The wider pipeline is shown to explain the platform direction, while investor diligence and commitments for Tu Casa remain specific to the Pererenan project.
