Hotel Tu Casa is a 1.17-hectare estate directly on the Pererenan beachfront. Fifty leasehold villas sit alongside a 69-key hotel, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, a wellness centre, rooftop bar and co-working.
The villas are offered on leasehold title only. No villa contract is offered until the land is secured; registering here is not an offer, reservation, deposit or commitment.

Nothing is being sold through this page. The list gives registered buyers project updates, villa plans and release pricing when those materials are ready.
Land settlement is currently expected on 22 January 2027, and the villa release remains tied to settlement. No villa contract is offered until the land is secured. If settlement moves, the release timing will move with it.
