Hotel Tu Casa is designed as more than a hotel with residences attached. The current programme brings together 69 hotel keys, 50 leasehold villas, four restaurants, an oceanfront beach club, a wellness centre, rooftop bar and co-working.
For villa owners, that means the home sits inside the operating life of the resort rather than beside it. The final operating, rental-pool and owner-use terms will be set out in the villa documentation at release.
The villa waitlist is the route for people who want plans, pricing and release information when the project is ready to offer them.
