Hotel Tu Casa is planning 50 leasehold villas alongside the hotel. The villas are not being marketed as freehold homes; the freehold land remains with the project.
Leasehold terms, contracts and the final sales documentation will be provided when the villa release opens. Until then, the villa list is only a way to register interest and receive plans and pricing ahead of the public release.
