The current expected land-settlement and villa-release date is 22 January 2027. The timing remains conditional on settlement, and no villa contract is offered before the land is secured.
The villa list records interest by preferred villa size and timing. The current planned mix includes two-, three- and five-bedroom villas, while one-bedroom interest is being tested through the waitlist.
People on the list will be contacted with plans, pricing and release details ahead of the wider public release. Registering interest does not create a reservation or obligation.
